Can I place my order online?
Yes! You can place your order and pay online, then pick it up at the store. We will notify you as soon as your order is ready for pick up at our 38243 Cleveland Ave store location. Please note, the name on the order must match your government-issued photo ID and payment used for in-store pick up. We can ship anywhere in beautiful British Columbia.
What is your return policy?
You have 15 days to return unopened items, this excludes all cannabis products. Returned items must be unused and sealed in their original packaging. All returns require the original receipt. There are no returns or exchanges on cannabis product, so please take a moment to verify your cannabis purchase before leaving Squamish Cannabis store.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, debit, Visa, Mastercard and AMEX.
I am not satisfied with my purchase, who can I speak to?
Every Cannabis product stocked by Squamish Cannabis is supplied by the Licensed Producers. If you have a complaint regarding a Cannabis product, please let us know. We will notify the Licensed Producers.
